We take our name from a traditional Vietnamese dish known as "Pho". This is normally served in a delicious broth with flat rice noodles, and typically with thin slices of tender beef (although there are many variants of the dish).
Pho is known to be rich in vitamins and other essential nutrients and plays a significant role in the diet, health, and morale of the Vietnamese people.
